Our goal of listing every sauna in the UK is ambitious – your help is welcomed.

There are many ways in which you can contribute to this site. We will be giving prizes out to our top contributors.

Whatever you have to submit, send it to editor@realsaunas.co.uk along with the name under which you want your submission to be credited (this can be a pseudonym).

If you are a spa operator, please feel free to submit your own venues for listing.

  • Venue reviews (any sauna in the UK, notable saunas worldwide)
  • What would make your ideal sauna
  • Memories of how you became interested in sauna
  • Sauna tips

or indeed anything you think would be good on this site. Note that we don’t want lots of adverts for Infra-Red saunas (sorry).

We welcome photographs of saunas, facility exteriors and other appropriate imagery.
Please make sure you have the permission of anyone featured in photographs, and of the person who took the photograph.
